
New Brunswick is updating its immigration pathways, with applications opening on March 5, 2025, for two Express Entry-aligned streams under the NBPNP: Employment in New Brunswick and New Brunswick Interests.

Notable changes include:
- Lower minimum age requirement (now 19).
- Stricter work and residency conditions for the Employment in New Brunswick pathway.
- A total nomination cap of 2,750 spots, with 1,500 allocated to NBPNP and 1,250 to the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
- EOIs will not be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Some occupations, including administrative assistants and retail managers, are excluded from nomination.
