On September 9, 2024, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 911 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in its latest Express Entry draw. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score required was 732.

This draw kicks off September following an active summer where IRCC held 14 draws across July and August, with a record-breaking nine draws in July alone. The previous draw on August 27 invited 3,330 Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.
IRCC continues its bi-weekly draw pattern, often focusing on PNP and category-specific candidates to support temporary residents’ transition to permanent residency.
