Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw on December 3, 2024, targeting French-speaking candidates. A total of 800 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued, with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 466. This follows a December 2 draw for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, which issued 676 ITAs.

The December draws align with Canada’s Francophone Immigration Strategy and ongoing efforts to meet the ambitious targets of the Immigration Levels Plan, including 82,980 admissions through Express Entry in 2025.
