Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) have issued invitations to apply (ITAs) for the Express Entry system’s candidates for the second time this week. In a draw emphasizing French Language Proficiency held on April 24th, 2024, IRCC granted 1,400 ITAs.

Following a general draw on April 23rd, IRCC invited 2,095 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 529. This marks a 20-point decrease from the previous general draw on April 10th, where the cut-off score was 549.
