On September 8, Manitoba held a fresh Expression of Interest (EOI) draw and sent 278 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to potential nominees as part of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
From the 278 LAAs, candidates for the Skilled Worker Overseas program received 20, applicants for the International Education Stream earned 41, and applicants for the Skilled Worker in Manitoba received 217 LAAs with the lowest grade of 616. A maximum of 76 Letters of Advice (LAAs) were given out of the 278 that were given out in the September 8 draw to applicants who could demonstrate a legitimate Express Entry ID and Job Seeker validation code.
