On October 10, 2024, Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) held a draw, issuing 234 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) across three categories: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Workers Overseas.

Skilled Workers in Manitoba: 82 ITAs issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 845 points.
International Education Stream: 114 ITAs issued to graduates of Manitoba institutions.
Skilled Workers Overseas: 38 ITAs were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 711 points.
Additionally, 36 of the ITAs went to candidates with valid Express Entry profiles.
