On August 15, 2024, Manitoba issued 292 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) through its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). This is the second Manitoba PNP draw of the month.

Details of the draw:

- Categories: The International Education Stream and The Skilled Worker Overseas category.
The draw included 252 LAAs for the International Education Stream, targeting international graduates with skills needed in the province.
Additionally, 40 LAAs were issued to candidates in the Skilled Worker Overseas category, invited under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative to address specific labor shortages. The lowest-ranked candidate in the Skilled Worker Overseas category had a score of 703.
Notably, 37 LAAs were given to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile. The MPNP continues to be vital in attracting skilled professionals and international graduates to support Manitoba’s growth.
