On April 6, 2023, the Manitoba PNP held a fresh Expression of Interest (EOI) draw. A total of 566 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were distributed to applicants from three streams under the control of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (Manitoba PNP draw #174). (MPNP).
