On 30th August, Manitoba held its latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, issuing 150 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) for Canadian Permanent Residency (PR). The draw targeted two streams: the International Education Stream, which issued 126 LAAs, and the Skilled Worker Overseas Stream, which issued 24 LAAs.

The lowest-ranked candidate in the Skilled Worker Overseas Stream had a score of 727. Notably, 21 of the total LAAs were given to candidates with valid Express Entry profiles, potentially speeding up their PR process.

Of the 150 Letters of Advice to Apply issued in this draw, 21 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
