Manitoba welcomes skilled workers and graduates through its Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). The latest draw, held on November 22, 2024, issued 279 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across three key streams, emphasizing the province’s focus on fostering economic growth and community development.

Skilled Worker Overseas:

• 25 LAAs issued
• Minimum Score: 617
• Eligibility: Direct invitations under a strategic recruitment initiative.

Express Entry Candidates:

• 55 of the total LAAs went to candidates with valid Express Entry profiles.

This draw reaffirms Manitoba’s commitment to attracting skilled talent and supporting long-term settlement.
