On November 24, 2022, the province of Quebec held a new Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) draw and issued 998 ITAs to individuals for permanent selection.
The following are the key features of this new Quebec draw:
- 998 total skilled workers from the Expression of Interest (EOI) pool received invitations for PR.
- All the candidates in this draw had to have marks equal to or higher than 603 points.
- In this draw, we specifically noted applicants who received legitimate offers of employment outside the Montreal Metropolitan Community and professional and educational expertise in a Quebec In-Demand Occupation List profession.
- Applicants who got invited in this invitation round to file for a permanent sector now have 60 days to present an application form.
