Ontario PNP Draw Invites 615 French-Speaking Candidates

Ontario held two consecutive targeted lotteries for applicants in the French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream on March 16, 2023, issuing a total of 615 Notifications of Interest (NOIs).

Targeted Notifications of Interest (NOI) were sent out by Ontario PNP to applicants who qualified for the French-Speaking Skilled Worker (FSSW) stream of Express Entry. The first FSSW draw held by Ontario in 2023 was this one.

The last FSSW draw of Ontario was held on December 13, 2022.

DRAW 1

  • Total NOIs Sent: 271
  • CRS Cutoff Range: 291 – 489
  • Profile creation date in IRCCs Express Entry system: March 16, 2022 – March 16, 2023
  • Type of draw: Targeted for Tech, Trades, and Other Priority occupations.

DRAW 2

  • Total NOIs Sent: 344
  • CRS Cutoff range: 400 – 489
  • Profiles creation date in IRCCs Express Entry system: March 16, 2022 – March 16, 2023
  • Type of draw: Targeted for Health, Education, and Finance occupations

Also, candidates had to have worked in a certain National Occupation Classification (NOC) code. Not all professions received invitations.
