
On September 17, 2024, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a new draw targeting candidates from the Masters Graduate and PhD Graduate streams. A total of 1,443 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued.

Of these, 1,249 ITAs were for the Masters Graduate stream, requiring a minimum score of 53 on the Expression of Interest (EOI). Additionally, 194 candidates were invited under the PhD Graduates stream, with a minimum EOI score of 45.
This draw highlights Ontario’s dedication to attracting highly educated international graduates to contribute to its workforce.
