Ontario, August 4, 2023 – The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted a new draw on August 3, 2023, in which a total of 2,844 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to eligible candidates from the Skilled Trades Stream. The draw was highly anticipated by immigration hopefuls and marks another significant step in Ontario’s efforts to attract skilled workers to the province.
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is a points-based system used by the OINP to rank candidates based on various factors, such as age, work experience, language proficiency, education, and adaptability. In this latest draw, the CRS cutoff range was set between 250 and 516, allowing a diverse pool of eligible candidates to receive ITAs.
