The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a new draw on 9th February 2023, accepting 510 applicants for the Skilled Trades Stream. For this targeted draw, a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 260-489 was necessary.

Candidates were only notified if they have work experience in specific National Occupational Codes and a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score between 260 and 489.
For students applying to the Skilled Trades stream in 2023, Ontario is now conducting its second invitation round. The applicants who received 1,252 NOIs in the prior draw, which was held on January 13, had CRS scores ranging from 336 to 506.
