Ontario held a new draw on February 10, 2023, accepting 771 applicants from the province’s Express Entry and Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)-managed streams.
In 2023, Ontario had already sent out 6,764 invitations.

- Targeted draw type
- Expression Entry profiles were established between February 10, 2022, and February 10, 2023.
- Additionally, invited candidates had to have experience in a few National Occupational Codes (NOC).
Draw 2:The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program
CATEGORY 1
- 304 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were sent out.
- range of CRS scores: 30 and higher
- Targeted for tech and health professions draw type
- Profiles were produced between November 22, 2022, and February 10, 2023.
CATEGORY 2
- Invitations to Apply (ITA) issued: 1.
- Range of CRS scores: N/A
- Targeted for Economic Mobility Pathways sketch type Project
- Profiles were produced between November 22, 2022, and February 10, 2023.
- Additionally, invited candidates had to have experience in a few National Occupational Codes (NOC).
