Ontario held a new targeted draw for IT and healthcare applicants on February 2, 2023, under the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream and issued 1,902 ITAs.
Applicants who met the requirements for Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream of Express Entry received tailored Notifications of Interest (NOI). The first HCP draw held by Ontario in 2023 was this one.
The latest Ontario draw’s highlights are as follows:
Draw Category: Tech Draw
- There were 1,127 invited candidates.
- 481 to 489 is the minimum CRS score range.
Draw Category: Health Draw
- There were 775 invited candidates.
- 476 to 489 is the minimum CRS score range.
Additionally, candidates had to have worked in a certain National Occupation Classification (NOC) code. Not all professions received invitations.
