
Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw on December 3, 2024, targeting French-speaking candidates. A total of 800 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued, with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 466. This follows a December 2 draw for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates, which issued 676 ITAs.
