In its second draw on 29th February, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 2,500 candidates with strong French language proficiency to apply for permanent residence, requiring a minimum CRS score of 336.

The February 28 general draw saw 1,410 candidates with a CRS of 534 receiving invitations.
This month’s draws totaled 13,610 ITAs across various categories, including French proficiency, healthcare, and agriculture. Notably, on February 1, 7,000 candidates with a minimum CRS of 365 were invited in a draw emphasizing the importance of French language skills in Canada’s immigration system.
