First BC PNP Draw, CIC News Update, Canada Immigration

On April 4th, 2023, the British Columbia PNP held a fresh Skilled Immigrations draw. There were 175 invitations to apply (ITAs) for skilled immigration candidates in the first BC PNP draw of the month.

To skilled workers and international graduates, 175 invitations total—general and targeted, were sent out.

CATEGORY 1: General Draw (Including Tech Occupations) 

A total of 152 eligible candidates from the General Draw received the ITAs – 

  • Skilled Workers (including EEBC option)- minimum CRS score of 103.
  • International Graduates (including EEBC option)- minimum CRS score of 106
  • Entry Level and Semi-Skilled- minimum CRS score of 85.

CATEGORY 2: Targeted Draw (Childcare and Healthcare)

23 eligible candidates across a Targeted Draw received the ITAs – 

  • 17 Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) from Childcare: Early Childhood Educators & Assistants (NOC 42202) – with a minimum CRS score of 60. 
  • 6 Skilled Workers & International Graduates (including EEBC option) from Healthcare – with a CRS minimum score of 60.
