
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) recently conducted its latest Skills Immigration draw on July 25, 2023. A total of 230 Skilled Workers and International Graduates received Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in this round. To be eligible for this invitation, candidates needed to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 60.
This draw marked the fourth Skills Immigration draw held by British Columbia in July, with the previous round taking place on July 18, 2023. The BC PNP issues ITAs to eligible candidates on a weekly basis, with some exceptions, based on the needs of their application inventory at the time of the invitation round.

- Lowest CRS Score: 87-109
Category 2: Targeted Draw (Childcare: Early childhood educators and assistants (NOC 42202))
- Total ITAs issued: 30
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Lowest CRS Score: 60
Category 3: Targeted Draw (Healthcare)
- Total ITAs issued: 20
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Lowest CRS Score: 60
Category 4: Targeted Draw (Other Priority Occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104))
- Total ITAs issued: 5
- Streams invited: Skilled Workers and International Graduates (including EEBC option)
- Lowest CRS Score: 60
The selection process for targeted invitations to apply to the Skills Immigration streams is based on various factors, including education level and field, eligible professional designations in B.C., language skills, occupation, duration and skill level of work experience, wage and/or skill level of a job offer, intent to live and work in a specific region, and strategic priorities that address labor market needs or support government initiatives and projects.
