On 30th November 2023, Manitoba reaffirmed its commitment to immigration and workforce diversification through the latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw. A substantial 268 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were extended to skilled workers, showcasing the province’s ongoing efforts to attract individuals with valuable skills and experiences.

Details of the Draw:
Skilled Worker in Manitoba: Considered profiles declaring a Manitoba Supporter who is a close relative, a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, an established resident of Manitoba, and residing in the province for at least one year. 148 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate invited having a ranking score of 609.
International Education Stream: Emphasized profiles meeting eligibility requirements for the International Education Stream, with 82 LAAs issued, highlighting Manitoba’s dedication to a global perspective.
Skilled Worker Overseas: Focused on profiles directly invited under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, issuing 38 LAAs, with the lowest-ranked candidate having a ranking score of 720.
Express Entry Integration: Out of the 268 LAAs, 50 were allocated to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code, showcasing Manitoba’s commitment to a streamlined selection process.
