Nomination Allocation for 2026

According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, Alberta has been allocated 6,403 provincial nomination spaces for 2026. As of mid-March, the province has already issued over 1,100 nominations, leaving more than 5,000 spots available for the remainder of the year.

So far, Alberta has conducted 18 draws in 2026, issuing nearly 4,000 invitations to prospective immigrants.
