On November 13, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 400 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in an Express Entry draw focused on Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. With a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 547—the highest for CEC candidates this year—the draw underscores the competitiveness of this pathway for applicants aiming to transition to Canadian permanent residency.
This latest round follows an earlier November 12 draw, which invited 733 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates with a minimum CRS score of 812. These draws are part of Canada’s ambitious Immigration Levels Plan for 2025, which targets 124,680 Express Entry admissions next year across various streams.
