Manitoba Invites 76 Candidates in Latest PNP Draw

On February 6, 2025, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted a new draw, issuing 76 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across two immigration streams. The draw targeted skilled workers and international graduates with strong potential to contribute to Manitoba’s labor market.

• International Education Stream: 59 LAAs
• Skilled Worker Overseas Stream: 17 LAAs
• Minimum Ranking Score (Skilled Worker Overseas): 612
• Candidates with Express Entry Profiles: 18

The International Education Stream invited 59 candidates who met eligibility criteria, including at least four years of full-time work experience in the past five years. Meanwhile, 17 candidates in the Skilled Worker Overseas category were directly invited under a strategic recruitment initiative, with the lowest-ranked candidate having a score of 612.
