
On August 1, 2024, Manitoba conducted its first Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw of the month, issuing a total of 203 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs).

- Skilled Worker in Manitoba: 145 LAAs for profiles in NOC 44101 (home support workers, caregivers) within Health Occupations.
- Skilled Worker Overseas: 58 LAAs for profiles invited under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative, with the lowest-ranked candidate scoring 724.
Among the 203 LAAs, 29 were given to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile and job seeker validation code.
