Manitoba conducted its latest Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on July 18th, 2024, issuing a total of 161 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) across two streams: the International Education Stream and the Skilled Worker Overseas Stream.

Under the International Education Stream, 109 LAAs were issued to eligible candidates who met the stream’s requirements. Meanwhile, the Skilled Worker Overseas Stream saw 52 LAAs granted to candidates invited directly by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) under Strategic Recruitment Initiatives. The lowest-ranked invited candidate had a ranking score of 645.
