For the third consecutive time this week, Canada’s Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held an Express Entry draw, specifically targeting healthcare occupations.
On October 26th, the department issued 3,600 invitations to apply (ITAs) through a category-based selection process. Candidates aiming for these healthcare positions were required to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 431.
Key Details of the Draw:
• Date: October 26
• Total ITAs: 3,600
• Category: Healthcare Occupations
• CRS Cutoff: 431
This healthcare-focused draw comes on the heels of two earlier draws in the same week. The first draw, on October 24, exclusively targeted the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), extending invitations to 1,548 candidates with a higher minimum CRS score of 776. PNP candidates typically face elevated CRS score requirements as those nominated by a province automatically receive an additional 600 CRS points.
