
On September 19, 2024, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 4,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system for candidates in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 509, slightly higher than the 507 cutoff in the last CEC draw on August 27.

This is the largest CEC-specific draw since July 31, when 5,000 ITAs were issued. This month, the September 19 draw is the third Express Entry draw, following earlier invitations for Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates and French-language speakers.
