Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has conducted another Express Entry draw, inviting 455 candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) on February 4, 2025. To be eligible, candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 802 and had to have submitted their Express Entry profiles before December 7, 2024, at 7:39 pm UTC.

Express Entry Trends in 2025
This draw marks the fourth Express Entry invitation round of the year, following two Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draws and a previous PNP draw. In total, IRCC has issued 6,276 ITAs so far in 2025.
IRCC continues to prioritize Express Entry candidates with experience in healthcare, skilled trades, and French-language proficiency. These targeted draws align with Canada’s economic and labor market needs.
