On April 27, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) held a fresh Expression of Interest (EOI) draw for potential nominees in the pool.
Only candidates for the Skilled Worker Overseas program who have a current Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code were invited to the most recent Manitoba PNP draw, which was unique in its way. In the EOI draw on April 27, no candidates from the International Education Stream or the Skilled Workers in Manitoba received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs).
