The Human Capital Priorities Stream is part of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), designed to attract skilled workers who meet the province’s specific labor market needs. It targets individuals with essential factors like education, work experience, and language proficiency to integrate successfully into Ontario’s workforce and community.
Under this stream, Ontario selects candidates from the federal Express Entry pool who meet the CRS score cutoff set for each draw. Those selected receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) from Ontario, inviting them to apply for provincial nomination. If successful, candidates receive a provincial nomination certificate, enabling them to apply for Canadian permanent residency.
