A total of 822 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) were sent out to healthcare professionals in Ontario’s new targeted draw for candidates in the field of health on March 9, 2023.
Targeted Notifications of Interest (NOI) were sent out by Ontario PNP to applicants who qualified for the Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream of Express Entry. This was the second HCP draw that Ontario held in 2023.
The latest Ontario draw’s highlights are as follows:

- There were 822 invited candidates.
- CRS Cutoff Range of the draw: 469-489
- Also, candidates had to have worked in a certain National Occupation Classification (NOC) code. Not all professions received invitations.
