In its most recent Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, the province of Manitoba extended a warm invitation to a total of 620 candidates to apply for permanent residency. The draw, held on September 21, 2023, by Manitoba Immigration Pathways, targeted individuals with various backgrounds and qualifications.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba
Occupation-Specific Selection
Profiles declaring current employment in Manitoba in occupations identified with high labor needs based on data published by Statistics Canada were considered in this category. A total of 298 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate having a ranking score of 612.
All-Occupations Selection
For profiles that were not selected in the occupation-specific selection, a separate pool was created. In this pool, 239 LAAs were issued, with the lowest-ranked candidate having a ranking score of 631.
International Education Stream Candidates who met the eligibility requirements for the International Education Stream received a total of 56 LAAs.
Skilled Worker Overseas Under this category, profiles that declared being directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative were considered. A total of 27 LAAs were issued, and the lowest-ranked candidate invited had a ranking score of 723.
In addition to these categories, of the 620 LAAs issued, 59 were extended to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
