On July 13, 2023, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted a fresh invitation round within its Expression of Interest (EOI) system.
During the recent draw held on July 13, 2023, 540 candidates were selected across all three streams of the MPNP, namely Skilled Workers in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas. To be eligible for this invitation round, these invited candidates needed to meet the minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) scores ranging from 604 to 774.

This draw marked the first EOI draw conducted by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) in July. Out of the 540 LAAs issued in this draw, 77 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.
