Rising Immigration Targets
Canada’s updated Immigration Levels Plan aims to admit 124,680 Express Entry candidates next year. Over 82,000 of these will belong to the newly created In-Canada Focus category, prioritizing candidates already in Canada through programs like the CEC, while 41,700 spots will focus on key economic priorities in high-demand fields.
Canada’s Express Entry system remains pivotal in attracting skilled workers, addressing labor shortages, and ensuring economic growth.
