IRCC Holds Third Express Entry Draw in One Week, Targeting French-Speaking Candidates

On October 10th, IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) in a French-speaking category-based Express Entry draw. Candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 444 to qualify.
