Manitoba Invites 128 Skilled Worker Overseas Candidates in Latest PNP Draw

Manitoba held its second Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw of 2025 on January 23, inviting 128 candidates under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream. This draw focused on profiles selected through a strategic recruitment initiative.

This targeted draw reflects Manitoba’s efforts to meet labor market demands and attract skilled talent to the province. Candidates receiving Letters of Advice to Apply now have the opportunity to pursue provincial nomination, moving closer to achieving permanent residency in Canada.
