IRCC Issues 1,000 ITAs in September Express Entry Draw for French-Speaking Candidates

On September 13, 2024, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 1,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) in a category-based Express Entry draw targeting French-speaking candidates. To be eligible, applicants needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 446.

This is the second Express Entry draw in September, following a busy summer with 14 separate draws in July and August. IRCC continues its trend of frequent draws every two weeks, often focusing on specific categories or the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
