On September 13, 2024, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 1,000 invitations to apply (ITAs) in a category-based Express Entry draw targeting French-speaking candidates. To be eligible, applicants needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 446.
