The IRCC’s Express Entry pool is routinely searched by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to find applicants who might be eligible for one of Ontario’s Express Entry immigration streams.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program held a series of targeted drawings for applicants in its French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream on June 5, 2023. In this most recent Ontario draw, Notifications of Interest (NOIs) were sent to 417 qualified candidates in total.

In 2023, OINP held two draws for the French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream. With few exclusions, Ontario sends weekly NOIs to qualified applicants. The province’s application inventory requirements govern the frequency, size, and date of the most recent Ontario draw.
Additionally, invited candidates had to have experience working in one of the National Occupational Classification (NOC) codes that were the focus of these draws. Our comprehensive news contains a full list of the targeted professions.
