The province issued 1,874 invitations to candidates selected on the basis of completing post-secondary education in Manitoba. The minimum EOI score for this category was 825.
Candidates who receive an invitation must still prove that they satisfy the requirements when submitting their nomination application. Academic records, including relevant diplomas and transcripts, can be required as evidence of their Manitoba education.

Advanced Graduates Selected Under International Education Stream
Another 78 candidates were invited through Manitoba’s International Education Stream, specifically under the Graduate Internship Pathway.
This route is aimed at eligible graduates who have completed advanced studies in Manitoba and gained experience through qualifying research or industry internships.
Selected candidates must be able to demonstrate that they:
- Earned a master’s or doctoral degree from a Manitoba institution within the past three years;
- Completed an eligible Mitacs Elevate or Accelerate internship, including the Accelerate Entrepreneur program, with a qualifying Manitoba industry or research organization; and
- Achieved language proficiency equivalent to at least CLB/NCLC 7.
This pathway may be particularly relevant for international graduates who have progressed beyond undergraduate education and developed professional or research connections within Manitoba.
Hundreds of Invitees Had Express Entry Profiles
The latest Manitoba draw also included candidates who had connections to Canada’s federal Express Entry system.
A total of 825 invited candidates had declared both a valid Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code in their MPNP EOI profiles.
